The
Location
|
Costa Rica has become synonymous with stability and
prosperity.
It has a long democratic tradition, free and open elections, no standing
military, (it was abolished in 1948) and a Nobel Peace Prize to its name by
former president Oscar Arias. In 1999, Costa Rica was named as the
number one Eco-Tourism destination and was considered by INTERPOL as
one of the safest tourism destinations in the world.

Costa Rica
is not only a beautiful country to visit but also a most desirable place to
live. Located between
8 and 11 degrees north of the equator, the climate is ideal. With a total surface of approximately 51,000 square
kilometers, Costa Rica may be one of the smaller countries in the
Americas but it boasts the most diverse selection of flora and fauna in
the hemisphere. Despite its small size, Costa Rica possesses 5 percent of the
worlds bio-diversity and over 21% of Costa Rica's territority is
protected by National Parks or other nature preservation
systems.

VISTAS DEL PACIFICO

on the Pacific coast in Guanacaste. Here you will find the lowest
amount of rainfall in Costa Rica; the majority of the days are
beautiful and sunny. VISTAS DEL PACIFICO is located
on elevated land, about one kilometer from and
overlooking Playa Panama. We are just 10 miles from the quaint fishing
village of Playas del Coco where there are many restaurants, a
supermarket, bank and medical clinic. The Liberia International Airport

The capitol city of San Jose
with its many cultural attractions is a quick 30 minute flight or a
scenic four hour drive.
